What materials do you use to make your sandals?
All our sandals are made from vegetable tanned leather, nubuck and suede from farmed cows in Greece and Italy.
How do I determine my size?
Please refer to our Size Chart.
Our sandals fit true to size and are only available in full sizes. For half sizes, we recommend s up to the nearest whole size.
Are your sandals suitable for wide/narrow feet?
Yes! All our sandals can fit both wide and narrow feet.
As leather is an organic material, it will adjust to the shape of your feet. It is possible that each new pair of our footwear may need some time to break in. The length of time required may differ from person to person, but this is a normal and anticipated aspect of owning authentic leather footwear. With each wear, the leather will gradually become more supple and conform to the contours of your foot.
How can I care for my sandals to prolong their lifespan?
- After each use, make sure to wipe the shoes clean using a soft cloth to eliminate any dirt that may have adhered during wear. In case there are more stubborn stains like mud or noticeable scuffing, you can use leather conditioner for a thorough cleaning.
- It's important to keep the shoes away from water as much as possible. Avoid using them in rainy conditions or attempting to wash them to remove stains.
- If the shoes do happen to get wet, such as during unexpected spring showers, allow them to dry outdoors but in a shaded area. Avoid using dryers, blow dryers, or exposing them to direct sunlight, as these could damage the leather.
- To deal with any persistent odors caused by use or moisture, you can sprinkle a light amount of baking soda on the inner sole and leave it overnight. Shake out the excess baking soda in the morning, and you're good to go.
- To prevent mould and cracking caused by heat, it is essential to store leather sandals in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated space. Additionally, avoiding damp environments will help prevent the growth of bacteria.
- Please be aware that you should only use leather cleaners or conditioners specifically designed for treating fine leathers like suede or nubuck. Using other types of cleaners or conditioners may not be suitable for these materials.
What should I do if my size is not available?

Shipping & Return
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days in Sydney, Australia. Delivery takes approximately 4-10 business days after the order has been collected by the courier. Please be aware that all delivery times provided by the carrier are only estimates and are not guaranteed by Evie G Sandals. Depending on the workload and efficiency of the postal or courier system in your area, there may be extended periods without keystone scans or updates from the carrier.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping through DHL Express or Australia Post.. For our international customers, it's essential to note and consider any customs duties and taxes applicable in your country, as we cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses, including freight charges, refused shipments, or unclaimed goods.
However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to Russia due to specific laws and regulations.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order has been fulfilled. Please note that once the order is with the carrier, such as a courier or postal service, any changes to the originally supplied delivery address information cannot be made. However, if you need to make any changes due to an error, please get in touch with our support team at hello@evieg.com.au as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Evie G Sandals may offer a full refund for products purchased from our website at http://www.evieg.com.au subject to conditions. (more info on the refund policy tab)
If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, you may exchange your Evie G sandals for a different size or color, subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed via the STRIPE and SHOPIFY integration.
I received my tracking number but it says it’s “Pending”
The tracking number could take 24-48 hours to update after you receive the tracking email. If you don’t receive an update after this, please contact our customer service team at hello@evieg.com.au
My order is incorrect
In case you have received an incorrect order, please contact our customer service team to assist you immediately.
My order is missing an item
In case you ordered multiple pairs of shoes, please note that they might be shipped separately, based on the stock's location. You will receive shipping notifications for each shipment. Kindly allow a few extra days for the arrival of your second pair before getting concerned.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Evie G Sandals may offer a full refund for products purchased from our website at http://www.evieg.com.au subject to conditions.
If you have identified a fault or defect with the goods within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them to us for a full refund provided that you meet all the below requirements:
(a) identify fault or defect,
(b) provide proof of purchase of the goods from the Website; and
(c) send the goods to us in their original condition without being worn or altered (no markings or scratches on the sole, etc).
What if I need to make a change to my order regarding address, shipping methods, or the order itself?

What happens if my order is not delivered or has gone missing?
If your order experiences significant delays or hasn’t arrived at all, please be aware that our customer service team will make every effort to keep you updated. However, it's important to note that they may have access to the same information available on the tracking portal/website. Please reach out to the courier service company for updates.
The website has sold out of my size. How can I order it?
If your size isn’t showing up on our website then we are out of stock. Sign up to be notified when the item is restocked by selecting your size, and clicking ‘Email when restocked’.
Can I purchase an item over the phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to process phone orders. To ensure that we have all the necessary information and to provide you with access to offers, tracking, and other features, kindly place your orders through our website.
