Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@evieg.com.au.

  • If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, you may exchange your Evie G sandals for a different size or colour, subject to availability. However, you'll need to cover the delivery costs for the exchanged goods. Please email your request to exchange to hello@evieg.com.au before returning any goods. The cost of returning an item to Evie G Sandals, whether domestically or internationally, is the responsibility of the Buyer. However, the shipping cost for the new item will be covered by Evie G Sandals.
  • Evie G Sandals may offer a full refund for products purchased from our website at http://www.evieg.com.au subject to conditions. If you have identified a fault or defect with the goods within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them to us for a full refund provided that you meet all the below requirements:

           (a) identify fault or defect, 

           (b) provide proof of purchase of the goods from the Website; and

           (c) send the goods to us in their original condition without being worn or altered (no markings or scratches on the sole, etc)

  • Please note that we are unable to exchange items that have been damaged or show signs of wear and tear. If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
  • If the Buyer returns the goods outside the policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and will inform the customer accordingly. We will offer the Buyer the option to have the goods returned to them, with delivery expenses to be covered by the Buyer. In the event that the Buyer does not pay for the return delivery within 30 days, we will consider the goods abandoned, and the right to a refund will be forfeited.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we are happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
  • If you purchased your goods from a stockist, retailer, or any other place besides our website, you must contact the respective vendor directly to seek a refund.
  • Products purchased from our website are subject to guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. In the event of a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage.
